2.0 TDI

In 2007 Audi introduced the two-liter TDI, a new engine. Common Rail fuel injection with piezo injectors superseded the unit injection system. Optimized intake air management and new piston geometry permitted maximum engines speeds of up to 5,000 rpm, and there were further improvements to the turbocharger and the toothed belt drive. The 105 kW (143 hp) four-cylinder engine developing 320 Nm (236.02 lb ft) of torque was fitted in many Audi models.
